It's time for the Fall 2002/Winter 2003 INL Playoffs! The playoff situation is simple; it's just the top four teams, with #1 and #2 getting first-round home games.
The top seed is UberTwinks, who went undefeated to earn their first-round home game against Golden Bears, who managed to hang on to the fourth spot by beating Legend of Fist in overtime. [I don't wanna talk about it. --Mojo]
The 2-3 game matches EuroTwinks and SMACK Pack. EuroTwinks earned home-field advantage by having their best season in years, winning against all the lower-ranked teams, but unfortunately forfeiting against UberTwinks. SMACK Pack lost to ET and Ubertwinks, forcing the long trip to Europe for their first rounder.
The first round will be played as normal home-away games. The second round will be played at neutral servers. Captains should read the neutral server rules before playing a neutral server game. The goal of the neutral server rules is fairness to both teams; captains are free to agree on their own neutral server rules if they believe they can come up with a better system.
